• Each project team consists of: physicians, nurses, pharmacists, IT person, and QC experts & project manager
• Data Acquisition – FTP/Access client’s server directly
• All computers along with the charts stored folders are password protected
• Project Manager will provide a detail training to all team members
• A team of physicians, pharmacist, nurses will start the data entry process
• A team of QC experts will do a quality check on 15-20% random sample (we could do up to 100% QC, if requested)
